Welcome to q5det ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and q5det governing your access to and use of the q5det website located at https://q5det.cam and all associated services, features and content offered through the Platform.

q5det is an online betting and gaming information platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports content to adult users. The Platform is operated as an informational and gaming service and does not itself process direct financial transactions on behalf of users. All gaming and wagering activity occurs through the applicable operator's platform, subject to that operator's separate terms and conditions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform. If you are accessing q5det on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

q5det is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the Platform by any person under the age of eighteen (18) — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction — is strictly prohibited.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing or using any part of the q5det Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register for and use a q5det Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's license jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business or commercial entity for the purpose of reselling or repackaging our Services;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of q5det or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned or had an account closed for breach of these Terms or any Operator's terms and conditions;
• All information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, complete and up to date.

q5det does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, provincial and national laws. q5det does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani governmental or regulatory body.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and truthful information as requested. The registration process requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a secure password and acceptance of these Terms.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. Opening duplicate, parallel or replacement accounts — including accounts opened following a self-exclusion or account closure — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. q5det will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorised access.

q5det reserves the right to decline any registration application at our discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

q5det applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm each User's identity and age before permitting deposits, withdrawals or continued access to certain Services. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months;
• A selfie or liveness check to confirm the identity document belongs to the account holder;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine, unaltered, clearly legible and current. Submission of falsified, edited or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by q5det may result in temporary suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

Deposits to your q5det Account must be made using payment methods currently supported in the Platform's cashier. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. q5det reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close the Account involved.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. These payment providers do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Whether any particular payment method is available or functional for gambling-related deposits depends on the Operator's cashier, the payment provider's own policies and applicable regulations at the time of the transaction. Users must verify availability directly in the live cashier.

q5det does not charge deposit fees on its own account; however, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees for which q5det accepts no responsibility.

PKR amounts shown in Platform content are illustrative only. The actual currency available in your Account is determined by the Operator and may differ.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users whose Accounts have been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 6. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is completed.

Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless an alternative method is explicitly approved by q5det in writing. This requirement exists as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the payment method, your KYC status, the Operator's internal review procedures and applicable regulatory checks. q5det does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banks or regulatory procedures.

q5det reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, including where the withdrawal amount is above a specified threshold or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any withdrawal amount that remains the subject of an active bonus wagering requirement will not be released until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

q5det may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount. Deposits made before opting into a promotion or below the minimum threshold will not qualify.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, and bonus wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period, will expire automatically and the associated bonus funds will be removed from your Account.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game types may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate. Live casino games, table games or specific slot titles may be restricted. Check individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold or activate more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: q5det reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, misuse of multiple accounts, use of arbitrage strategies or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

PKR amounts referenced in bonus illustrations on the Platform are for contextual purposes only. Actual bonus values are denominated in the currency of your Account as determined by the Operator.

All bets, wagers and game plays placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game or event type. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting market or game interface and should be reviewed before participating.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on q5det:

• Bets are confirmed only once the Platform has issued a bet receipt or confirmation. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or game interface and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, q5det reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account.
• Live or in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, including during the event itself. Bets placed before suspension remain valid. Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are among the most actively traded markets on the Platform. Users should note that cricket match outcomes are subject to event-specific settlement rules, including provisions for rain delays, abandoned matches and revised target calculations (e.g., DLS method).
• q5det does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular market, game or event. Content availability may vary based on licensing, rights agreements and technical factors.

Users of q5det are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, Account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration, verification or at any other point of interaction with the Platform;
• Opening, accessing or operating more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using a VPN, proxy service, anonymising tool or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform or exploit any feature or promotional offer;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any other conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a manner that generates artificial winnings or circumvents normal game mechanics;
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff, support agents or other Users;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from q5det.

q5det is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting Users who may be at risk of developing or who already have a gambling-related problem. Gambling should be a form of entertainment only. It must never be used as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing personal problems.

q5det provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

All content on the q5det Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of q5det or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content without prior written consent;
• Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform by automated means;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice from Platform content.

The q5det name, logo and all related trademarks and trade names are the exclusive property of q5det. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q5det, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if q5det has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, q5det specifically accepts no liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform or any Operator's services;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or market results caused by technical faults, data feed errors or human error, where bets may be voided in accordance with Section 10;
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Loss of data, Account access or Account balance resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any adverse legal, financial or other consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit q5det's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

q5det reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users by email or through an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The most recent version of the Terms is always the version published at https://q5det.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the Operator's licensing documentation, which is accessible through the Operator's platform.

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. We will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration or the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as specified in the Operator's terms. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts or arbitral tribunals for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws may impose restrictions on gambling activities. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as legal advice, and users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding their obligations under Pakistani law. q5det makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
